A couple of tips for using Mantis - 2005-03-25 19:36 - Kimmo Suominen

- to refer to ticket NNNN use #NNNN (it will get turned into a hyperlink)
- to refer to note NNNN use ~NNNN (it will get turned into a hyperlink)
- filters are sticky, which is where the [Reset Filter] function becomes useful
- CVS commits referring to "issue #NNNN" will change the status of the issue to "acknowledged"
- you can always re-open your own tickets if the fix is not sufficient
